Delivery time may take between 1~5 Business days (depending on Delivery Carriers) from the date your payment is received.

Shipping and Handling charges will be dependent onitem(s) purchased and the location to which they are tobe delivered. It is calculated based on weight and traveldistance. Please note that State of HI and AK require premium charges fordelivery based on UPS and USPS rates.
At BlackboxGuard, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase,you can return it to BlackboxGuard within 5 business days of purchase date for a refund with a 25% restocking charge. items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund with 25% restocking charge. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, a credit will be made back to your account upon product return. Please allow 15 – 30 days fora credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check,the refund check will be issued after 15 – 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to return or exchange an item:
• Place the original package into a shipping carton.
• Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on theoriginal manufacturer’s package.
• We recommend you ship via insured ground service with atracking number. Return shipping charges are responsible by customers. Any lost or damaged package during returntransit will not be replaced or paid for.
